Your rapsheet shows that you have broken the same rules several times, which tells me you were not learning from the punishments given prior to your ban. Also, with a recent ban at the time of your ban, shows after being unbanned, you still rule break.
You are not learning from your punishments, nor do you seem apologetic from your actions.
