Basically what he is saying is that the suspected T went downstairs in tester, he and the proven innocent [proven by killing another T] both went after him, the proven went down first and got killed. He as such witnessed the kill by the suspected T, or at least heard it, and when he killed the T, he got reported for RDM which ended with him getting a warn.
