That is not written anywhere; This forum thread is named 'Admin applications' because, people used to apply for admin when the community was born; and some servers(like #4 PERP) do not have moderator rank, and accept admin applications.

Today, you can only apply only for moderator on the server you wish to get your position on(same for server 2); If you do your job well, you might get promoted by the head-admins or the owners.

Thanks for the detailed response Konth. I would still appreciate it if people would rate my application as if it is a moderator application. I messaged Agentlulz(Stan) and brought up my app. I would be grateful
