Since you haven't got permission from a HA+ to apply straight for Admin this will be locked.

If you do get permission from anyone please message me about it on steam and I will unlock it for you.

Applications should be entered regardless of their eligibility, if the application is not eligible to be voted on this must be decided within the meeting itself.
