Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match or RDM refers to when an innocent player randomly kills another innocent (or even detectives) without a valid reason (e.g. for being AFK or just for fun) or with insufficient evidence to justify the kill; By this, I mean that, for example, ‘Player X’ finds an unidentified body and sees that he/she has been killed by a AK-47. ‘Player X’ then sees ‘Player Y’ close by, holding a AK-47, and proceeded to KOS ‘Player Y’. RDM is not an act limited to only innocents/detectives as traitors too can kill fellow traitors for invalid or no reason at all.

Give three examples of an acceptable KOS and its scenario:
1. ‘Player X’ calls KOS on ‘Player Y’ for holding a T weapon (e.g. knife. Newton launcher, etc…) without mentioning it beforehand in chat.

2. ‘Player X’ calls KOS on ‘Player Y’ after seeing ‘Player Y’ pass over a body without attempting to ID it, leaving it unidentified and a valid KOS reason.

3. ‘Player X’ calls KOS on Player Y after Player Y shoots Player X’then proceeds to run away; This would be an example of Attempted RDM (ARDM).

Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios:
1.Player X calls KOS on Player Y for revenge after Player X was RDMed by Player Y in a previous round.

2. Player Y calls KOS on open / non-traitor locations (e.g. Tester, Tower, Hut, etc…) killing any and all players that enter such locations.

Why I should be chosen:

Ever since discovering the ZARP community, I have really enjoy playing on the TTT server and getting to know the staff members that make it the server it is today. I feel like I could be a good addition to the staff for many reasons:

I am fairly active nowadays, though not as much as in previous months but enough that I will be able to maintain at least 1-2hours a day. With that said, I am usually online when no or little staff are present and have noticed the diversity of staff members online being quite low, though has been improving, with it being usually the same members online, being swarmed with huge numbers of reports.

I know, understand and respect the majority of the server rules, often assisting players as much I am able to with what to do and what not to do. I will admit I have RDM’ed numerous times in the past, which obviously you will see in my rapsheet, though I have never been kicked or banned but nevertheless, I learnt from my past actions which is heavily reflected in my gameplay today. Also, am familiar with the current server policies concerning inappropriate/insensitive names, loophole racism, disrespect and so on.

Personally, I have tried to maintain order on the server as best I could as a non-staff when no staff were present and only a few players were online, giving (new) players chances to learn before having to report them on the forums. As non-staff though, there is an obvious limit to what I could do and as such being accepted would allow me to better help out the server and my fellow staff into keeping the game clean and fun for the people that play.

I always bring a friendly, mature attitude to the server and would work hard as a staff member to be a good representative of the ZARP community. I want to thank everyone for reading my application and would appreciate any constructive feedback. I would also like to wish any other applicants the best of luck.
