What we would need then is for you to contact us via the Contact Form here: zarpgaming.com/index.php/help/contact and provide us the username of the account your ZARP VIP is currently on and a screenshot of the purchase receipt, make sure the transaction ID and email used to make the purchase is clearly visible.
