Alright, I took a close look at this Appeal and had a Chat with Rema. After that, I came to the conclusion to Accept this Appeal and lower your Ban to 3 Days, however, your Attitude isn't the best and clearly has to be improved. As well as you should really Stop breaking Rules or your next Ban will be for even Longer. I suggest reading the Rules here before you ever join back on SSRP.
