I have spoken to Box about this situation, and explained to him that, even if he thinks another staff member saw the situation and so takes that as proof, or is being pressured into "dealing with it" by users, that does not mean he should punish the user based on that. I have explained that if another staff member saw it, they would have to deal with it, and he would still require some form of proof if he did not see it directly.
