Bhop Related
Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
First of all, if the person is easily taught by video, I would link them this video

If they wanted to be told, I would let them know that there are several ways to bhop on the server such as sideways bhop, unreal, normal, low gravity, auto strafe, and more. Then I would get down the the basics. First off, I would let them know they will be always using the spacer bar to maneuver around the map. Then down to the WASD keys. First off, you wont really need to use W or S, really only A and D. To go left, hold A, to go right, hold D. Then, you might be wondering how to gain speed, this is by strafing. Strafing makes you go faster, the faster you turn while changing between A and D, the faster you will go. There is nothing else really behind this, Bhop is easy!

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
First off, I would tell them to stop, or next time I will global mute/chat mute/gag/mute them. If they do it again I will then punish them with a 5 minute global mute/chat mute. If they have the audacity to do it again, it will be made 10 minutes.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
First off, I would report it to a Lead Team member and the server owner and developer and or a CM so they can fix it. Then I would slay the user or ask them to leave the exploit, slay if they have no way to get out of it. Then if they continue to use it, I would punish them, and for some reason they think they can get away and do it again, I would ask for an admin or higher to warrant a ban on the
user.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
First off, I hold the rank Super Administrator on Semi-Serious Roleplay,and several other servers which I hold no rank on anymore such as Murder, TTT, and Prophunt, hence I understand how to be a good staff, use commands, deal with users, and be fair. I understand that abuse is not tolerated and can contain myself from abusing. I am very communicative which can help the server out in meetings, and if anyone need help on the server or in Teamspeak, since I am almost 100% of the time in Teamspeak, and if I am required on the server, I can report to the server and help out. I am experienced and well trusted in the community to make sure the server is free of rulebreakers that would ruin others experience on the server. Finally, I am very interested in playing this server, and helping it out as much as I can.
