Activity is very good however you currently have 4 recent punishments(or 2 depending if we are going to count aslay+warn as 1 punishment, personally i would) which i think is too many for someone applying for moderator, i would like you to wait 1 more week to make sure you fully understand the rules.

Application is OK not much to say about it really everything is there that is needed.
