Really detailed application and one of the best and most experienced staff member. A lot of people think we don't need anymore and as much as this is true as we are handling things just fine I will never vote no because we don't "need any more". We have a lot of lead team members that are more than capable to train everyone that gets accepted so the fact that you aren't using a mic can't be held against you either. I do however feel like your team speak and forum presence is lacking. Try to handle more appeals and warn/ban requests while interacting a bit more with the staff team on team speak. Good luck!
