Your recent attitude and behavior especially against me was unacceptable for TS HA. And also your choice to back talk the current TS HA instead of saying it to them is not good, because you should have the confident to talk to them about a problem and not hide it because you are too scared that they might dislike you, how else is it supposed to be a team if you are too afraid to communicate with the current TS HA's? But you can always improve on it.
