Alright, I took a close look at the Video and had a Chat with To Be Honest, he seemed Really Apologetic as well as he had no intention of Killing you. To Be Honest won't face any form of Punishment due to him unintentionally Killing you. He tried his best not to cause any harm, however, I told him to be more Careful with what he does in the Future.
