The reason i used this one which i already used was because i felt it was good enough and because the reason it was denied was because of the server i applied to you could not apply to be admin for. So i didn't see anything wrong with reusing my application.

If you feel i should take it down then i will and i will write a new one i was just thinking it was ok to use this one as i stated above.

I didn't mean that it is bad or wrong, what I meant is that if you will write a new application, it might make a better impression on people who is reading your topic.
