Hello Portark, after a discussion with Latram I've decided to accept this. You don't have a big history of rulebreaking how ever you have ban evaded ~7 times. Because this happened back in November I think you should get another chance. In the future if you get banned do not try to re connect with an alt account. Also you shouldn't rulebreak in the first place.
