Well after looking at the staff list , It shows that " Dragon " is not a staff member anymore.
Due to this , It will make this Case more hard so I will try and find " Dragon " on steam
If / When I find him and I talked to him I will make sure to update you on this case.

Hello again! , After looking more into this case I " think " I found his mod application , and all his profiles have been deleted,
I tryed to go on his Zarp Gaming profile and I can't see any of his posts , Due to this I cant see if he has a new steam account.
This is the most weird case I have done as a SSRP staff member , Also other information , If the app I found is the right " Dragon " He should be 18 or 19 years old , and He started a long time ago most likely 4/half years ago.

But I will keep looking for things what will link me to him , So I can talk to him.

honestly mate just get to the point his age is just irrelevant why don't you just use steam id finder to find the admin quite simple.
his steam not hard to find
