Anyone can say sorry, but you have broken rules in the past. How can we be sure you will not break them again?

Please take the time off to properly overthink your actions and general attitude. Maybe read the rules a few times, too. I'm not saying this will be denied, but I'd much rather people actually improve than them just saying that they have or will.
