Hello and thank you for making this appeal, after taking a look at it and having a chat with Brother Alphabet we came to the conclusion to let you stay banned for the remaining time of your ban.
Reason : You didn't wait for your jail time, you left straight after you got jailed to avoid punishement plus you said that wasn't mass RDM even tough it was.
