What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when a dead player informs the runners what door to run through or, what platform to walk across. For Example: Player A & Player B are both in a discord/ts channel, Player B dies to a double door trap, When dead he/she tells Player B what door to walk through that is my example of ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I would ask he/she to please stop and inform them of what the punishment would be if they continued I would gag and warn the player for disrespect. If at the start the player was being extremely disrespectful I would instantly warn and gag them no doubt about it.

Why I should be chosen:
I think I should be chosen because I have been a very active player of the Zarp Community for a while now hopping from server to server, I was once a deathrun moderator, but that came to an end due to the fact I hard gotten tired for it, I have came back now and have met a lot of new people and have decided to apply for Murder Admin, Which I was accepted for, I would love to be a member of the Zarp Deathrun Staff Team and improve the conditions (that are not that bad) on the the server, To sum it all up I would love to be a member and help out all the players on the server.
