What is Ghosting? and give an example:
I think ghosting is a situation where the runners reached a 50/50 trap and someone who is spectating the death is telling the runners which door is safe which one not

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I would first of all ask him why he is behaving this way and maybe we could fix the problem together and stop him from disrespecting anymore. If he wont listen to me and keeps disrespecting i will have to mute him and warn him for disrespect

Why I should be chosen:
I want to become a moderator because i can really help people. I can because i am a friendly guy who likes to help people.
I am also very active on the deathrun server so that means that i can help when there is no other staff around.
Another reason why i want to be a moderator is that i want to become part of this community because i really like the people at the zarpgaming servers, all the people are really nice and friendly so i want to be part of it
