TS3 Related

How would you handle a TS3 appeal?:
First of all i would read over the appeal and check all the details and evidence with precision. I will check all the information in the ban list and verify them. Then the next step is contacting the teamspeak staff who issued the ban and verify his information with the information on the appeal. Then i would consider if the ban is valid or is too harsh. If the ban is valid but the teamspeak staff thinks the punishment should be lowered/stay i would take that into consideration and post my verdict. If the ban is too harsh and the teamspeak staff doesnt agree i would contact other teamspeak staff to agree on this situation and eventually lower the ban. My verdict should look like this:

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:

The rank of Teamspeak HeadAdmin will grant you 2 extra features.

The ability to handle appeals.

At this point the only people who are qualified to handle Teamspeak unban appeals are the Owners, Community Managers and Teamspeak Head Admins, to handle an appeal you would first need to read over the appeal and look at any evidence they may have and then once you get the scope of the situation you can then speak to the Staff Member who has banned them and discuss the ban and whether or not the user should be unbanned however, if you can not come in contact and no one else can then you can make your own judgement from what is said on the appeal. Earlier in my application I have explained how you would handle an appeal so there is no need to repeat myself.

The ability to remove and add powers.

As a Team Speak Moderator you can add and remove TS3 Ranks but as an Head Administrator, this power extends to giving Team speak moderator powers. power is similar to giving ranks to user but as an Head Administrator you have the power to give Teamspeak Powers as well as remove it, you should only be giving powers to a user who is already TeamSpeak staff and has somehow lost it whether this be in reinstalling his/her computer or if it is him/her logging onto a different device, if they just got accepted as a TeamSpeak moderator or even if they just got accepted as a new Super Admin on one of our servers, then I would need to train them and make sure they are ready and know what powers they have and how to use them efficiently to make sure they are ready and know what they are doing but you need to identify that the person receiving the rank is who they say they are and you can achieve this via various techniques because you would not like to give people ranks if you do not know that it is them

What would I do different with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words):
With my new powers i would manage the relationships between teamspeak headadmin and teamspeak staff, i would also handle an increasing amount of teamspeak ban appeals and keep an eye on how punishments are given away. Im applying mainly because i want to contribute more to this community and all it's servers. This would especially bennefit me since this is such an extraordinary rank to achieve.

EXTRA CREDIT: How much does Tyler sell client Icons for?:
