I would love to see you in this rank eventually - one or two months, maybe. As Teamspeak Head Admins I'd personally like to see them as people that users and staff alike can speak to. I originally got TS HA after a little less than two months because I helped a former community manager with an issue between him and another user. You should be able to act maturely, and help people out when you can. Out of every Teamspeak staff member, the only one that I see with strong capabilities of people management is you. The only criticism that can be given is your time as staff. It is because of this that I do not understand why they opened it - as far as I'm concerned, nobody is truly ready for it.
