@TheFierceOwl as other have stated this is kind of like a voluntary job per say where you're supposed to be a sort of an ambassador to the zarp servers and community alike. Joking around with friends is ok, sure, but not by using your staff powers. I think it's essential that your staff powers are used to enforce the rules of the server so as to have clean gameplay. If you joke around with friends like slaying them for example, this will give a bad impression to the others who are playing and players will start to RDM. See where I'm going with this? If you ever had a job I don't think the boss would be too happy if you decided to joke around with friends instead of doing your job. To be honest with you, if you're admitting to doing stuff like that I don't think the role of mod should've been handed to you in the first place. I retract my neutral support and go
