Personally, I don't feel you are ready for admin. When I am on the server with you, you demonstrate signs of immaturity that I don't feel an admin should have.

You had that recent report on you in which you lost your cool, which I do feel you are sorry and have learned from your actions, you have continued to act in a bad manner. For example you seem as you don't listen to any tips or advice I give to you and on one occasion I noticed you sending a pornographic link in chat, then when I asked you about it and not to your response implied to me that you didn't really care.

Overall I think you need at least one more week as mod to gain more experience and to improve your conduct.
