You had a recent report abuse on you and will have been staff for roughly two weeks by the time the meeting comes around. Sorry, I'd personally like to see another week of staff from you before you become an admin. You mention in your application that you'd like to regain trust - you can do that just fine as a moderator. Just keep on staffing for a few weeks and if there aren't any issues you'll get admin, it's relatively simple. For now though I think it is just a little bit too soon, sorry.
