I think you would be more than capable of handling this role.

1. You are really mature and friendly to everyone whether on TS, forums or in game.

2. You are active on all the platforms mentioned above.

3. You show an amazing presence in the meetings.

4. Now this could be contraversial but I think you talk to our current LT enough even if some others say you don't. You have talked to myself and Nick and I am not sure about others but its harder for you as you are in a different timezone and some find it difficult to come on in your timezone.

5. You show good qualities of LT in leadership and in this application.

To conclude I feel you are by far one of the best candidates at this present moment and I think I shall support you this week so keep up the amazing work and effort you are putting in at this moment.

The only thing I see negative is the time zones which can be a problem with the amount of communication with the Lead Team. I personally do not see a problem with this and I think you do your job well in everything else therefore you have my full support.
