Your lack of consideration when it comes to other peoples perspectives is a huge flaw in your work as a staff member and I've yet to see any type of improvement whatsoever, I don't even know if you recognize it yourself honestly.

I would not want a global moderator who doesn't have any type of regard to what the community thinks and only does what he sees is best, even though at the end of the day he may be the person that is in the wrong, but due to his constant stubbornness he doesn't even think twice.
