A much as you are fit for the job experience wise, personally I believe you aren't ready still,

You act really petty and must always be right and if you arent right you will do almost anything you can to silence someone else or make their opinion unheard. Basicly you are a massive control freak who must be right or else. I also see you at times being really immature on the forums, though not as much as before its still very apparent and makes you look unprofessional and you still fail to take any consideration to the feedback anyone gives you, your attitude is ill ask for feedback, dont use it and hope that if i keep reapplying i will get it like all my other ranks but sorry it doesnt work like that.
