Although that is correct, but I recall you completely ignoring all questions and feedback on your CM application back in November, not even responding to people that had legitimate questions they wanted an answer to.
Annie, you're great - you've done really well getting to where you are now. However I feel like you're not ready. You're a Deathrun owner and some of your decisions have been... questionable. You are exactly in the position where you need to be to learn new skills by interacting with the staff team that you are supposed to lead, but I feel like you aren't trying enough to actually learn those skills. I'm tempted to say that you don't want to put in the actual effort to improve yourself, as I feel like you're the exact same Annie that I met last year: a good girl, sure, and one that repeatedly tries her best. Your dedication is admirable, too, and it are all these good factors that make me consider you my friend. However you aren't anything special as far as talking to people goes, and the one thing that I believe Teamspeak Head Administrators should excell at is talking. Being there for people's problems, trying to help if an issue arrises. Going out of your way to help two individuals (in, for example, your own staff team) that dislike one another to make sure they stop arguing and, possibly, can even become friends.
All of these things require actual effort. It's more than just trying to handle Teamspeak ban requests, going through the public channels to see if people break TOU, or being a nice person: you have to be someone that people will want to speak to and know they can speak to. And you really can be such a person, but you will have to completely change your mindset for it, and take a proper look at the ranks you currently have and perfecting those rather than going for another higher rank that someone else might be better fit for.
I have no say in who gets the rank this week, so what I say and think does not matter. Good luck!
I get where you are coming from about this and I do agree but back then I wanted to answer but I just couldn't and after a while I got used to taking more and more criticism and then I started to respond to everyone's feedback as most as I can. Thanks for your feedback though. I'll take it.

After actual spending time to talk and play with you actually seem pretty sound but you still should respond to people a lot more as it looks like you are listening and taking what they said into consideration

Thanks and sorry for my immaturity that day.
