I think for a lot of people your recent punishment's are to much, and you will need to ensure that you don't receive any further ones to have the slightest of chances for this meeting. Your activity is good, and while my time in-game with you has been rather limited, I can't recall having an issue with you, and I haven't heard really anything bad from other staff when it comes to your overall performance.
