Reason - You need to be more respectful to me/other staff, you may think it is funny to call me a "nonce" etc, just an example of one of the things he has called me, but it's not. If this carry's on i will make a demote request because i can't work along side with someone who is disrespectful to me every day. So for it's a^^.
