Unfortunately you have not made the effort to use the template, and you haven't exactly been clear on why you think this deserves a demotion.
You have also not provided any evidence yourself.
I joined the game right after this all happened, and when I did I was met with quite a few accounts of you yourself being the abuser, with name calling and blatant trouble making.
You then decided to try it on with me, and that will not fly.
I marked you as a trouble maker who just wanted to get one of our team members demoted because he caught you cheating.
I caught you ghosting myself and moved you into the same team as your friend. You then started complaining again. And your friend Fraggz started to call the staff names. (Proof in picture).

I don't know why you would choose to cause so much trouble to one of our new staff members, and frankly I do not care. But the sheer disrespect you have shown towards the staff and the server rules means that I have no other choice but to deny this request.
I really hope you will not be so spiteful if you choose to come back. I must add though, Any further abuse like this towards our staff from yourself or your friend will be met with greater punishments.
