Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
My time as moderator has lasted for a week and I hope becoming an admin will benefit the server since I will have more powers to punish the rule breakers.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
A user was exploiting on a certain map and broke the world record many times so we kicked him, later on Nahmir came on to ban him.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hello, and congratulations! You are now a staff member of ZARP Bhop and so today I will be teaching you the commands.

Kick
You should only kick someone if they were for example, exploiting and refusing to stop, or constantly breaking rules and is not learning from them.

Global mute
This disables the usage of microphone, for example if someone was screaming down the mic and was refusing to stop, you would use this.

Mute
This disables the usage of typing in the chat, for example if someone was spamming the chat and was refusing to stop, you would use this.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
I believe that I should be chosen since I am known as a very friendly member of the community and I am active within the Bhop server. Me having this position will allow me to have more powers to help other players on the server and whenever a user asks for help, I will never turn him/her down as I'm very dedicated throughout the servers of ZARP being an SSRP Super Admin, Forum staff and TS3 Staff.
