Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
During my time as a moderator I have experienced many different situations from whos break the server rules, I believe the server would benefit from having me as an admin as currently, it is quite hard to contact current admins as some are in different time zones / inactive

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
During my time as moderator there have been a few occasions were me having administrator would have allowed me to handle the situation more effectively, one example is an individual decided to use offensive and derogative terms on the server when said user was muted for it they decided to leave and then return to bypass the mute on a few occasions unfortunately my recording soft wear did not work so I could not ask another admin to ban said user as I had no proof.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

If you press tab and click on yourself you will be able to see all available command that you can use here is a brief description and when to use them.

'Kick'
removes the user from the server / You should only use the command if you have given the user punishments before and they have failed to stop doing what you have asked

'Mute Chat'
This command disables the users chat [Not voice] used when a user is chat spamming for has said something that contradicts server rules.

' Mute Globally'
This command is much like the previous one but mutes the users voice instead

'Strip weapons'
This command removes all weapons user has on them, the command is used when a user is not using the gun in a constructive manner.

If you press f6 or go to a players tab menu and click punishments you will be able to see their punishments if the punishment is recent it will be red, uses this information to decide how you punish a player.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology, and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I am a trusted member of the community with the sole intention of improving bhop there have been many occasions that having admin would have allowed me to be more effective, and the truth of the matter is there are not many active admins that you can contact sometimes you have to wait for about 3 hours just to get a response, and by that time the issue is normally resolved one way or another I am almost always on the server if I'm not I can be contacted threw Teamspeak or steam.

Extra Information: (Not Required) I attended meetings when I was staff when granny owned the server I will attend tonights
