After reviewing your appeal and the evidence you have provided, I have decided to deny this appeal. Although I understand your reasoning for prop surfing, that does not make it suddenly okay. There are other ways to reach the block on top of that house that don't require sprinting or prop surfing. Thank you for putting in the time to make this appeal.
