Xnator, I believe you are more than capable of handling this role, you are a very experienced staff member and would have no problem as a head admin. However, you recently got Surf developer and you are already the owner of Murder, Prop hunt and Deathrun I think you are spending too much time on semiserious role play when you should be focusing only on the servers you code for(meaning resigning from trouble in terrorist town and semiserious role play), that is simply my personal opinion and it can't be taken against you as you seem to be managing your time quite well.
