Suggestion Title: Timed Maps

How would it benefit the server: It would mean we wouldn't hopefully have to play a map for a very long amount of time meaning that the server would get less boring

Potential Issues/Exploits: I don't know of any

Additional notes: We play kitsune for like 2 hours at a time quite boring by then
