Activity In my opinion I am a very active staff member. I am extremely active by being on the server every day. Since I only go to school I can be very active every day and I'll be available to anyone that needs my help. If I'm not online then I am at school, out with my mates or fixing a map/coding. This shows that I have enough time to be Head Admin. I currently have 200+ hours on the server and when I'm online I help out players and staff. I am also very active on the forums with 200 monthly posts and Teamspeak for 2-4 hours. School is currently over so I will be able to help even more. I feel like I meet the standards for Head Admin by being online almost every day
Trust I have a lot of trust in the community by holding 2 Super Admin ranks on Murder & Deathrun alongside Teamspeak staff. I have had past experiences as a staff member on SSRP as admin, Prop hunt as moderator. In many situations, I am calm and friendly. I am never biased so if someone is breaking rules I will warn them no matter what. I have never abused, rule broke since becoming staff or got demoted which in my opinion gives me more than enough trust to hold this position.
Experience I have held many staff ranks and the highest I have ever gotten was Super Admin which was a great accomplishment. I have been SA on murder for 4 months and 1 month on death run. You all might think that with 1 month of experience on death run I'm not ready, but I can assure you that I am more than ready. As a super admin people often ask me to give them my opinion where they can improve and every time I helped them improve they climbed ranks. I have never mentioned this before but I held higher ranks than SA such as Owner x2, HA x3 and SA x1 (not including zarp). Zarp may be different than other servers but this shows I can hold higher ranks than SA.
Dedication As you can see from everything I wrote above I am very dedicated to this community, from my insane activity all the way to my personality. It shows I want to help in this community and I can help even more by becoming a Head Admin. I have been a staff member in the community for a year now which shows experience, dedication, trust, maturity. Deathrun is the server I'm the most dedicated to, if you look at activity on all servers you'll see that death run is the highest because It's the most interesting and I think it can improve a lot. That's why I want to help. I have also started to fix maps for the server so players find it more fun instead of the AFK killers, tp's, weapons not working
Situations faced as Super Admin:
I have come across many situations as SA, I'll name some of them.
I have seen staff members abusing their powers and misusing them. I have called them on to Teamspeak to talk about it. I approach them in a calm matter tell them what they did wrong and what they shouldn't do. If it's serious I would bring them up in the Lead Team Meeting.
Inactive Staff Members
Every week I try to contact as many staff members I can to tell them their activity is rather low and that they should improve it. If they don't improve it by the time of the meeting I bring them up for a demotion and in most cases they get an official. Sometimes its even worse and they get a demotion.
Hackers
I have often seen hackers on the server, obviously, if someone is using a hack then they get kicked by the anti-cheat, sometimes they might even get a ban. But if they get kicked then join back I will anti-cheat them if they switched hacks so the anti-cheat wouldn't detect it and ban them. That's why I'm online and if someone asks me to anti-cheat someone I listen to them and sometimes it is a hacker but sometimes it's not.
Training
Every week I try to train as many staff members as I can. I slowly go through the training and if they don't understand then I repeat myself and help them understand. I train most of the staff members accepted if I'm available. During training, I am extremely friendly and make the training detailed if its a new staff member that doesn't know the commands. To be sure I train them correctly I have made myself a little guide that contains all of the commands, usage and more details that staff members need to know. I explain everything and if the staff members know what they are doing.
My Goals as Head Administrator:
As a Head Administrator, I plan to get all the staff members involved in staffing on the server. I don't want to see only admins and mods doing stuff on the server. I want to get the super admins involved to be an example to the lower ranks. I want everyone to support each other in going for higher ranks. I want to make sure the new super administrators are trained correctly and detailed, I also want them to know how to explain situations to other staff members if they need help. My other goals are to accept the correct people into the HA team. Making sure that they are ready and that they have all the capabilities of a Head Admin before being accepted. Overall my goals are to make the server better which can be done with a better staff team, better SA's and better features.
