What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is when a dead player is saying extra infomation about the game say on dr_minecraft someone dies by the portal or is spectating death, and they say the portal so left or right, it is also classed as ghosting if you say players hp there on, if traps are reactivated.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
i would deal with a disrespectful player by first of all asking them to stop disrespecting players / staff if i kicked them or another staff and they rejoined straight away after and kept on disrespecting people i would warn them by doing !warn [player] Reason - Disrespect. = !mute or !gag [player] disrespect,
if they kept on being disrespectful after the gag or mute has ended i would give evidence to a higher position then me say a admin or SA to deal with him.

I think i should be chosen because i have been staff before and i think i think i learnt my lesson so i think
i am dedicated and if i get accepted or not i will still play on zarp.i know a lot of the commands which moderators can use such as !gag player - reason !warn player - reason !mute player reason !kick !fspec if someone is afk for a long time.
If i get moderator i will be sure to do my job correctly, sometimes im on zarp deathrun without any staff any theres a lot of people which are always mic spamming but nothing happens, i wish i was staff at those times so i could gag them and warn.

I do talk to staff a lot and when i do i am friendly and kind, people said in my last app about helping people out in the server like telling them what to do, and i will start to do that now, i am sorry about my attitude in my last application and i wont have that attitude again,
