Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

1. MassRDM | LTAP. If a user RDM's (Random Death Match) at least three other users and then LTAP's (leave to avoid punishment), this would be acceptable to use the ban command. The length of the ban should be decided on any recent punishments and the offense of the punishments. But if they have been banned before, the ban length should be longer.

2. Gag Evading. If a user is gag'ed for any reason, but then leaves the server and rejoins to avoid the gag and was continuing to micspam, etc. This is a ban-able offense and would be acceptable to use the ban command.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I feel that i should be promoted because as my time as Mod i have learned many things and made many friends. I feel i am a good member off staff and do my job well. I am very active and very nice, i treat other staff and users with respect (NOT INCLUDING HARRY) and listen to what they have to say and take in feedback and use the feedback to become better at my job and a nicer person.
