I would suggest showing the shot logs in the future as it's impossible to know if you had fired at them or not. That being said though, if her response is that she misclicked, it's very possible that it was only an accident, but otherwise it is still classified as RDM which we can still warn for in any case.

Also, the second RDM claim would be false, as you can clearly see a detective attacked the innocent first, then the innocent attacked them back, thus resulting in Helen killing the innocent. Not much more needs to be said about that.
