I love you and all but telling someone to die in hell and specifying their colour is not the same as telling someone to die in hell because of their colour.

Example 1: "Die in hell black man" <--- Not racist he is simply stating that he wants him to die in hell and the person is black.

Example 2: "I want you to die in hell because you are a black man" <---- Racist, he wants him to die as a result of him being black
