You only just started playing this week, we recommend 2 weeks of consistent activity before applying for mod. On top of that you also have 4 recent punishments all for RDM, this in my eyes is too many to be accepted. I suggest you reapply when you have more activity and no recent punishments so you can prove you are dedicated to the server and understand the rules.
