Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop.

I would tell them that they need to hold the space and a press a and b while alternating between both keys, I would also link them to a video as it might be easier to understand,

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.

I would approach the player and ask them to stop mic/text spamming and ask them to stop, if the user was to continue spamming I would ask him once more to stop, if they were to continue to do so I would mute/gag the player and tell him if he continues after the mute the mute would be for a longer amount of time.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.

First of all I would alert the user and tell him what he's doing is not allowed, after telling the user to stop doing what they were doing I would warn him depending on the situation and direct him towards the rules, but if the player refuses to stop what he is doing I would kick the user from the server, when he rejoins the server I would refer him to the rules once more and then tell him if he continues to exploiting he will most likely be banned by an administrator

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).

I believe I should be chosen for bhop moderator because as of late I have returned to bhop and the same problem still persists within the server, The server is understaffed and neglected while the game mode its self is fun to play the server it just left staff less most of the time due too most of the staff team not playing in over a month, while not many people break rules on the server the people that do normally, constantly mic spam or use racist terms wich intern forces people to leave the server, I have previous staff experiance on bhop as well as ssrp staff, I know how to handle situations effectively and fairley
