No Fred I said , They can have guns , as long as they don't kill / shoot anyone for a invalid reason.
Also , I always ask them to put down the gun before I arrest them it make " SSRP " better.

Yeah but those SSRP rules say that a gun other then a pistol in the hand warrants an arrest
