When it will be appropriate to use the ban command:
The ban command shouldn't be taken to use unless it's actually nessecary.
For example.
- A person has no intention of following the rules even after being warned for the same thing a couple of times, and generally is disrupting other players fun.
- A person rejoins with hacks activated after receiving a kick
- A Ban request is accepted

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this:
To be honest I cannot remember my time as a moderator that easily since it was back in 14 and lasted for a total of 2-3 weeks.
however, I do remember it to be a hassle having to call upon an admin if a ban should be needed.

Why I should be promoted:
I should be be chosen as an administrator because of my friendly behaviour towards both users and staffmembers.
Experience-wise Ive been part of the leadteam on DR for more than 1½ year, so I've helped out with pretty much everything regarding the gamemode before, except coding.
At the moment I am active on the servers and would like to help out <3
