Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to BHOP
I would explain to the player how BHOP works and what he is supposed to do. Shall he not understand the gameplay.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming
If a player was spamming in chat/voice I would ask them to stop. If they fail to do so then I would hand out a mute.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server
If a player was using an exploit I would ask them to stop doing so and immediately report it to a LT member depending on the severity of it. If they continue to use the exploit then I would hand out a punishment, depending on the severity of the exploit.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words)
I have started playing BHOP again recently and I am enjoying it. I am coming on quite often to play and I would find some rulebreak going on, be it spam, racism, disrespect, and more. I think I would be a great addition to the team as I am dedicated to the community, I am trusted with powers, I am rather active, and experienced within the community.

[spoiler][color=#880000]Hello friend! I have noticed you don't quite understand the basics of bunny-hopping, so please hear me out as I will teach you how to BHOP step by step! First, I would like you to know that you shouldn't be using the "W" key as it will slow your bhopping; you only use it when you start your hop. You go forward and hold down space, it is auto-jump and thus you start hopping forward. Use the "A" and "D" keys to go left and right respectively, and move your mouse as to where you want to land to ease your strafing. Please do spectate me by using "!spectate" to enter spectator mode and see how I bhop.[/color]
