Well I’ve been mod 2 times and also how am I supposed to deal with rulebreakers (like you for example) when they do anything it takes to troll so I mean idk how to respond

If you can't handle situations with trolls then you definetly need more time as a moderator. just wait a couple of weeks, because you need to show better dedication.

Tbh new dude I can manage but when people keep joining back I’m not going to keep kicking because that’s not how it should be done so I have to wait for an admin cuz what can I really do after that

You keep warning and kicking them, the warning system will eventually ban him, you can just not deal with them because an admin will come, Admins can't ban them for you without evidence.
