Hello Codey,
after talking to MattorS and HarryRDMSquatta who was apparently present in the situation I have decided to accept this report. It is MattorS'' job to unmute you and he could have handled the situation in a better way. I have talked to him and made sure he understands how to deal with situations like these properly, however no further action will be taken as according to 2 administrators you were indeed chat spamming (I have no evidence of it but I will choose to trust 2 of my staff members) and you should have been more patient and used the admin chat as Raeker stated.
