Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time: Well I have already taught a few people how to surf. I normally try my best to get the map changed to surf_rookie for them as its a good map to learn on. Otherwise I spec them and tell them how to improve and show them examples of myself doing the stage/map if they need it. It works surprisingly well.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: Give them a warning. If they continue to break the rules mute them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Tell the admins about the exploit. Tell them to stop, if they refuse to stop kick them.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): Well to be honest the whole reason I am applying right now is because there are two kids on the server mic spamming like crazy and I've noticed its a real problem on the surf server. There are very rarely any mods on to mute them on the mornings when I am most active.
